The church of San Nicolás
Declared a site of cultural interest, it was projected by Gonzalo Echegaray, Eduardo Torroja and Joaquín Nadal.
The parish complex includes a free-standing bell tower, a cloister and an abbey house and is located in a privileged location in the port of Gandia.
The Marsh
Marjal de Gandia, located next to the Alquería del Duc (at the foot of the Bayrén castle) is a beautiful reserve of fauna and flora of great ecological and botanical value, a beautiful corner to spend the day, walk or simply disconnect, a place where wetlands take on great prominence. The Hotel organizes free excursions to visit this beautiful space.
Molls dels Borja and the sheds of the port
Located in front of the Church of San Nicolás we find the sheds, imposing vaulted naves prepared for different types of storage. From the Molls dels Borja you will have magnificent views of them both day and night and you will find highly recommended bars and restaurants such as the Barracuda or the Marinit.
The port area and the fish market
In the Grau de Gandia, as a small fishing town, the port and the market are places full of life. Right in front of the Church of San Nicolás, the fishermen bring in the fish daily and the auction takes place.
The views in this area are really beautiful, especially at sunset.
You will enjoy the restaurants of the place where typical Valencian homemade dishes are served and there is no shortage of rice dishes, fidegua and fresh fish. We recommend visiting the old town and eating at Casa Rosario or El Buen Lugar. There is also no shortage of bars and cafes where you can relax and have a drink.
The fairground
In the summer months, they can go to the small fair located in the port. The little ones will have a great time.
El Espigón del puerto
Espigón del Puerto is a beautiful walk that goes into the sea to the lighthouse. More than 1 km of corridor with wonderful views of the Gandia beach, wherever you look, especially beautiful at sunset.
